Job summary

ADVANCED CHENEGA SERVICES, LLC in Sacramento, CA seeks a Physician contractor to perform medical histories, physical examinations, and review required tests and documents for consultations and medical histories.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from LCME/COCA-accredited school.
• ACGME or AOA accredited residency completed.
• Current unrestricted medical license in one U.S. state or territory.
• BLS certification required with hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical histories and physical examinations.
• Review required medical tests and documents for consultations and histories.
• Secure thorough health history from applicants and record findings.
• Assess medical documents and render opinions on fitness for programs.
• Apply accession medical standards to determine qualifications.
• Ensure applicant dignity and comply with Privacy Act and HIPAA.
• Participate in MEPS local and medical peer reviews.
• Update electronic medical records and respond to emails as required.
• Communicate effectively with all parties and providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

MD or DO from LCME/COCA-accredited program

ACGME or AOA residency

Current unrestricted US medical license

BLS certification (AHA)
