PRN - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Join our team as a PRN - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at GoHealth Urgent Care.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our expanding team at our West Springfield, Lake Ridge, and South Alex centers.

• Provide clinical services for acute conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains, and minor infections.
• Treat minor injuries requiring sutures, splints, or casting.
• Assess and recognize serious conditions and refer patients to emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as an NP or PA in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Comfortable with minor procedures, EKG preliminary reads, and X-ray assessments.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and certification (AANC or AANP).
