Job summary

SynergenX Health in Illinois is seeking Mid-Level Providers (APN/ARNP/PA) to join a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic. The role supports hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, collaborating with a physician medical director and center director to coordinate care across multiple sites, including Hoffman Estates, Westmont and Burr Ridge.

Candidates must hold an Illinois NP or PA license with a current DEA license, be able to train for two weeks, and thrive in a service-driven

• Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with physician medical director and Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.
• Provide coordination of care and support across locations (Hoffman Estates, Westmont, Burr Ridge).
• Assist in staff and operations management at the location.

SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients\' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

Hours of operation:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12 PM
• Sunday: Closed

This position will primarily be scheduled To PRN in Illinois. You will float to Hoffman Estates, Westmont and Burr Ridge.

Compensation:

• Saturdays are $400 per 4-hour shift, minimum of 2 per month, 3 Saturdays for 5 Saturday week months. Weekday shifts are $65 per hour.
