Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This advanced clinical role combines direct patient care with provider oversight, helping ensure excellence across our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs in Gainesville, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Conduct timely patient evaluations and assessments

Qualifications

• M.D. degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an approved Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Minimum of three (3) years of medical experience or equivalent
• Active license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
• Knowledge of community mental health and substance use treatment programs, services, and best practices
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating medical and substance use disorders, including co-occurring psychiatric conditions
• Ability to type a minimum of 27 WPM and achieve at least 65% on the general assessment
