Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking licensed physicians (MD or DO) to join our leading primary care team. We partner with employers and unions to provide preventive, acute, and chronic care with an emphasis on patient relationships and cost-effective outcomes.

Expect smaller panels, longer visits (20–60 minutes), and a collaborative, high-trust culture. Compensation includes hourly pay between $110.00 and $135.00, with location-based variation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care with a focus on prevention and wellness.
• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to adults and children in collaboration with a team of professionals.
• Offer patient-centered care with an emphasis on building strong provider–patient relationships.
• Contribute to cost-effective care models through value-based care initiatives.
