Job summary

Pella Regional Health Center is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to empower patients to regain mobility and independence in the comfort of their homes.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver direct and indirect interventions per each patients plan, support recovery, and help reduce readmissions, with a flexible schedule and no weekend or holiday shifts.

Job Summary

As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in empowering patients to achieve their highest level of function and independence—all within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Using your clinical skills and compassionate care, you’ll help individuals regain mobility, restore confidence, and improve their overall quality of life.

Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist in delivering both direct and indirect physical therapy interventions in accordance with the patient’s individualized treatment plan and state practice guidelines. Your contributions will support recovery, reduce the risk of hospital readmissions, and foster long-term wellness.
