Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team and help residents regain function and independence. You will work within a compassionate, family-like atmosphere that promotes patient-centered care.

The position offers Daily Pay options, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, 401K, and opportunities for educational advancement and tuition support. PRN opportunities and 1st shift availability are noted.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification.
