CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a PRN opening for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Ellicott City Healthcare Center. Our therapists are In-House Team Members. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact with residents through therapy. With 170 centers across IN, MD, MO, OH, PA, VA, WV, CommuniCare is a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications include:

1. A Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an accredited program
2. Valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Verifying client information by interviewing clients, reviewing medical history, and confirming treatment purposes
2. Helping clients improve quality of life by assisting with motor skills, independence, and mobility
3. Implementing treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists and educating team members and families
