Job Description

Job Type: PRN

Location: Ada, OK

Our team performs comprehensive evaluations to identify individual needs and develops tailored rehabilitation programs using advanced therapies and technologies. Responsibilities

1. Provide compassionate care in a team environment within a secure setting.
2. Implement patients' Care Plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, assisting patients to participate in tasks to restore and enhance their performance.
3. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
4. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
5. Instruct family members and nursing staff in follow-up care programs.
6. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, compliance policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate Degree.
2. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in applicable states.
3. CPR certification (as required).
