Select Medical’s Memphis location is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for PRN/per diem work inside Methodist University. You’ll assist PT-led sessions, help implement treatment plans, and support patients’ functional goals in a busy inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care with opportunities to gain hands-on experience, orientation, and potential advancement. Bilingual is not required; compensation is $40/hour.

Qualificações

• Active PTA license in the state is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery of physical therapy services at the facility.
• Carry out treatment goals and programs established by the PT.
• Support interventions for strengthening, balance, posture, and functional activities.
• Train patients in locomotion using orthotics or assistive devices.
