Job summary

Millennium Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Winfield, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting. The role supports patient-centered therapy across Physical, Occupational, and Speech services with a therapist-owned team.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree in PTA and be licensed or eligible for licensure; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates Degree in PTA from an APTA accredited program.
• Professional licensure in state of hire or eligibility.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Utilizes effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident screens and collect assessment data as directed by supervising PT.
• Provide direct treatment and contribute to clinical plans of care.
• Participate in the clinical team process and staff training.
• Assist in program development and evaluation with the supervising therapist.
