Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient-centered rehabilitation under a licensed physical therapist. You will assist in guiding exercises, gait and mobility training, and reinforce proper techniques to promote safe progress.

In this role you’ll document patient progress in the EMR, collaborate with the care team, and uphold safety and infection-control practices in a clinical setting.
