Zusammenfassung

Regency Hospital - Macon is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise PTAs in a per diem schedule.

You will contribute to discharge planning, document care per policy, and engage patients and families with education while advancing

Qualifikationen

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients/families.
• Set goals and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and PT/PTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patient response and modify treatment as needed.
• Complete documentation per department policies.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
