Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Montgomery, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for PRN shifts at Twin Lakes. You’ll design and deliver therapy programs to help seniors regain strength and independence, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PT degree, current Ohio license, and strong communication skills. Experience with older adults is preferred; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, retirement match, and on-site gym.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and ongoing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Use manual techniques and interventions to relieve pain and improve mobility
• Measure motor function, strength, and endurance
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being
