Responsibilities include delivering therapy, supervising staff, ensuring progress, and aiding discharge planning while maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy license or be licensed in good standing.
• Experience as a Physical Therapist and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create treatment plans with physicians.
• Deliver therapy and oversee care provided by aides and assistants.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Support discharge planning and collaborate with care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation for care and billing.
• Supervise therapy staff and stay current on certifications.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
