Job summary

Functional Pathways seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join Elk River of Ardmore in Ardmore, TN. The PT will screen, evaluate, and adjust plans of care under physician supervision in a serene community setting.

Requirements include a PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), active state license, and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience supervising PTAs and knowledge of policies are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state licensure required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
