Qualifications

• Active Florida license to practice physical therapy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• BCLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs, techniques, and safety.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare values.
