Working Title PRN Physical Therapist - Rehab Therapies - North Liberty
The Department of Rehabilitation Therapies at the University of Iowa Health Care North Liberty Campus is looking for a PRN Staff Physical Therapist or a PRN Senior Physical Therapist to administer treatment to patients with complex physical dysfunctions, disorders and/or injuries and evaluate and interpret findings. This position will be assigned to the inpatient orthopedics setting.
This position will be stationed at our new North Liberty Medical Campus.
Position Responsibilities:
The department intends to hire one person at either the Physical Therapist or Senior Physical Therapist level based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Please specify in your cover letter which specific position for which you wish to be considered or both.
The new University of Iowa Health Care North Liberty Campus will open in the Spring of 2025. This 469,000 square foot facility will be home to UI Health Care’s nationally recognized Orthopedics service line, offering comprehensive, coordinated, and accessible care across the outpatient, inpatient and surgical venues. These state-of-the-art clinical facilities will also include a full-service community imaging center, laboratory services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, retail pharmacy, and emergency department as well as an array of support services.
Type of Position: Temporary: A staff member may serve in temporary status in a continuous appointment for no more than one year to meet an emergency or temporary need of the University. Employees in this classification will not be eligible for University Benefits.
