• Provide excellent patient care
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Evaluate new patients, create care plans, and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them about their injuries, progress, and outcomes
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise care plans, and adjust goals as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
