Job summary

Community Skilled Health Care Centre in Warren, OH is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. You will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with nursing, OT and speech therapy, educating families, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehab setting preferred, but new grads welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
