What you will do in this role:

1. Utilize your physical therapy skills to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and facilitate their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs to sustain progress.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation of charges.
3. Accurately document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
4. Educate families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work environment in a safe, clean condition.
6. Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
