POST Rehabilitation and Wellness – Outpatient Therapy Clinic in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team onsite. The role offers an hourly rate of $55 and openness to therapists at all experience levels, including new grads.

As part of POST, you will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, deliver skilled therapies, and provide discharge summaries while ensuring regulatory compliance. This PRN opportunity supports adult and adolescent care.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist licensed to practice in Texas.
• Outpatient experience preferred; all experience levels considered.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds, creating care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments aligned with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Perform procedures including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, and wound care as part of the plan.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Prepare discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
