Job summary

University Physical Therapy in Roanoke, VA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. You will implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments addressing the whole patient to restore and enhance physical abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Virginia PT license and CPR certification.
• Experience in outpatient balance and vestibular rehab.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with EMR, databases, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Documentation: daily notes, progress reports, incident reports.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and exercises per plan.
• Instruct and assist patients in functional activities.
• Collaborate with PT staff to coordinate treatment programs.
• Measure and report patient progress and outcomes.
