Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for shifts ranging from 2 to 8 hours.
• Work daytime hours, Monday through Friday, between 6am-8pm.
• Travel to designated locations across Indiana as needed.

About the Opportunity:

Pay & Perks:
$52-56/hour – Competitive hourly rate

Schedule & Shift Details:
See patients as your schedule fits- between 2-8 hours daily (partial shifts available)
Daytime hours, Monday–Friday (shifts can be worked any time between 6am-8pm)
Immediate needs – shifts available within 1–2 weeks

Requirements:
Valid Indiana Physical Therapy License
