Qualifications

• Valid license or eligible for licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Iowa.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Outpatient Therapy, preferred.
• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the evaluation, care plan development and delivery of physical therapy treatment interventions.
• Provides appropriate supervision for occupational therapist assistants.
• Develops and implements treatment plans focusing on functional outcomes.
