Job summary

Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Lexington, KY is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for outpatient care at KORT. This PRN role supports patient-centered rehabilitation, helping individuals return to sport, work and life with confidence.

You will work Monday through Friday, with compensation starting at $55.00 per hour and ongoing career growth opportunities. The position emphasizes evaluation, treatment, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the center team to ensure

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Outpatient experience in last 5 years if a licensed clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
