Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation's Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee invites a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient rehab team. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist patient mobility, document progress, and help deliver compassionate care to restore function.

Applicants should have an associate degree from a PTA program, be licensed in the state, and hold CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from PTA program.
• CPR certification required.
• License: Current PTA license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

How you'll contribute

• Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility.
• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
