Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's condition and develop a treatment plan.
• Communicate patient progress to the supervisor and team members.
• Document patient care according to regulations.
• Instruct patient's family on follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area safely.
• Handle responsibilities according to business conduct guidelines.
