Job summary

Southwest Montana Veteran's Home in Butte, MT is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our PRN team. You will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, and promote mobility while upholding Eduro Healthcare values of wellness, compassion, and patient experience.

Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program with an active license. Prior geriatric experience is a plus; position requires in-person work and adherence to infection-control policies. Daily pay available and free CEU courses offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current PT license/registration in state employed
• Geriatrics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a Resident condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.
• Help Residents improve mobility.
• Assist Residents through tasks and monitor performance.
• Inform Residents about recovery stages and handling each situation.
• Maintain resident confidence and confidentiality.
• Supervise PT assistants when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to infection-control policies.
• Comply with federal, state and local regulations.
• Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.
• Duties may change at any time without notice.
