Job summary

Southwest Montana Veterans Home in Butte, MT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a dedicated therapy team in a facility serving long-term, short-skilled stay residents and outpatients. You will help advance patients' rehabilitation goals with compassionate care.

Ideal candidates are MT-licensed (or eligible), graduate of an accredited PT program, and able to create individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans for residents in skilled nursing/rehab settings
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care
• Provide compassionate, quality PT services and patient education.
