Job summary

Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Gadsden, Alabama is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our compassionate therapy team. You will perform patient evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, a current Alabama PT license, and at least 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar settings.

Current Alabama PT license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
