Job summary

Springs Valley Meadows is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services to residents across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in Indiana. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge plans, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, contribute to case management, and ensure adherence to state regulations.

You will collaborate with center staff and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate care to seniors.
