Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Meadowview, NC, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a flexible PRN role. You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on referrals.
• Deliver skilled PT services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff as appropriate.
• Document accurately in the chart and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and educate residents and families.
