Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Humboldt, TN. You will screen, evaluate, re‑evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision to provide high-quality therapy to veterans.

Requirements include a PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate), active state license, and strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to supervise PTAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities
