Qualifications

• Must hold an active state license in Tennessee or be eligible for licensure.
• Active state license required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate patients as supervised by the physician.
• Discharge planning and revisions to the care plan as needed.
• Provide therapy services as a PRN Physical Therapist at the Veterans Home.
• Support and collaborate with the therapy team to enhance resident care.

Education

Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
