Solaris HealthCare Forest Lake is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab department. If you are a Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a flexible PRN opportunity with a dynamic team, we look forward to meeting you!

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program, licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida, and knowledge of Medicare and third‑party reimbursement. Prior PT experience is preferred and AHCA background screening is required.

• Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Successful completion of accredited PT education program and national exam required for licensure.
• Membership in professional organizations preferred.
