Job summary

Liberty Hospital is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to join the interdisciplinary patient care team in Liberty, MO. The therapist will perform individualized evaluations, design goal-directed plans to improve mobility, and periodically review progress with adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed PT by State Board or equivalent licensure.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in critical thinking and clinical skills.
• Evaluates patients and communicates results to the care team.
• Develops and implements treatment plans using clinical reasoning.
• Documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with policies and third-party payers.
• Supervises PTAs and rehabilitation technicians; communicates results and plans.
• May supervise students and provide teaching labs or in-services.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and continuing education.
