Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services, including evaluations, modalities and treatments across pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. You will collaborate with PT assistants to restore function and relieve pain.

Applicants should be graduates of an accredited PT program (BS/MS/DPT) and hold a current Georgia license or compact privileges, with BCLS certification and ongoing CEUs. 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT Required.
• Must maintain current CEU's as by the State

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients to restore function and reduce disability.
• Performs evaluations, modalities, and treatments to relieve pain.
• Cares for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients and supports staff guidance.
