Qualifications

• Must maintain current CEUs as required by the State.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia is required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services for patients.
