Qualifications

• BS in Physical Therapy (required)
• Licensed by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (required)
• BCLS certification (required)
• 1–2 years experience in therapy settings preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Performs Functional Assessments and Re-assessments and documents outcomes.
• Selects and applies physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Supervises PT Assistants, technicians, and students as needed.
• Maintains timely documentation and interdisciplinary communication.
• Supports discharge planning and goal setting with the care team.
