Job summary

Charles, MN, and offers meaningful clinical collaboration across disciplines. The successful candidate will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a current MN license (NPTE required), and preferably one year of PT experience.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
