Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA approved and accredited college or university.
• Current Virginia licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification (adult).
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy treatments to improve mobility and decrease disability under the Plan of Care.
• clearly communicate Plan of Care and patient progress; report adverse effects.
• Document treatments per Rehab Dept. protocols and Medicare guidelines.
• Coordinate treatment with nursing and other therapists.
