Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking PRN Physical Therapists to support patient care at Coronado at Stone Oak, Windemere at Westover Hills, Sorrento, and Sundance Inn Health Center in San Antonio.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy with current Texas licensure; possess strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate, plan, and supervise others per state rules. This PRN role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Texas.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses and history; develops treatment plans.
• Establishes goals and moves patients toward maximum independence and function.
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs per state practice act.
• Interprets and communicates findings to patients, families, and team.
