Job summary

Liberty Center is now hiring a Physical Therapist to work PRN in a home-based care setting in Philadelphia. You will provide high-quality physical therapy services, assess patients, and collaborate with families to support recovery and safety.

Applicants must hold an active PT license, be CPR certified, and have graduated from an accredited program. Prior home-based experience and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills
• Prefer at least one year of experience, as well as prior expertise and/or comfort working in a home-based setting
• Current CPR certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the desire to develop professionally
