What you will do in this role:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting as part of a team
• Implement patients' Care Plans for rehabilitation under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, assisting with tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program culminating in an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or equivalent in relevant states
• CPR certification (if required)
