CRESTWOOD HEALTH & REHABILITATION - WILLS POINT, TX is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to residents in post-acute and geriatric settings.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
