Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic Illinois team. You will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, assisting with implementing individualized care plans and supporting patient progress.

In this role you will help with all phases of physical therapy, document patient responses, and maintain open communication with the PT, rehab director, and facility staff. The position emphasizes quality outcomes and hands-on equipment use.

Qualifications

• PTA must be graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.

• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
