Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapist Assistant candidates to join a growing team in Naperville, IL. Under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will support patient care by implementing individualized treatment plans and assisting with all phases of therapy.

You will document patient responses, discuss progress with the PT and Rehab leadership, and operate standard PT equipment to help achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist patients by following a plan of care created by Physical Therapists.
• Provide quality treatment to achieve functional outcomes.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document responses after visits.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment as needed.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
