Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Mesa Springs Healthcare Center is an upscale, resort-style community offering a range of services from independent living to long-term care. We have a strong reputation for quality care and are expanding our team.

Duties:

1. Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
2. Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
3. Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under supervision.
4. Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to clinical and regulatory standards.
5. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy Assistant license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
