Job summary

Heritage Crossings, part of Vetter Senior Living, in Geneva, NE, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services on a PRN basis. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Nebraska Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Support residents in reaching rehabilitation goals through exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor resident performance and communicate progress to the therapy team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to promote successful outcomes.
• Encourage resident participation while fostering confidence, safety, and independence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

What We’re Looking For
